SHIPPING

​

I ship my artworks using the professional express service of DHL.  Shipping within Germany and the EU is included in purchase price. Delivery within Germany usually occurs within 24hrs after pick up from my studio. 

​

For shipping locations outside of the EU additional shipping charges will be added at checkout, and depending on painting size and your location. Purchasers are responsible for all additional customs/fees upon receipt of painting.

INSURANCE/PACKAGING

​

Each painting is carefully packed by me. For shipping outside the EU I always use wooden crates. Within the EU I either use sturdy cardboard transport boxes or for paintings sized 100x120cm and larger I use wooden crates. The packaging is labeled with sensitive goods instructions. The painting will be picked up directly from my studio by the shipping company and delivered to you.

So far, there have been no damages during transportation. However, if a painting does get damaged, the entire purchase price is insured. You will get in touch with me, I will arrange for the return shipment, and you will be fully refunded the purchase price.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

​

You are buying a unique painting online without having it seen ‚in real‘. That’s why I work hard to have clear and accurate photos in place. Actually most of my paintings are scanned by a professional large scale image scanning service to ensure best image quality. However, some color nuances may not be captured perfectly by digital media and vary from screen to screen. If you aren't sure about some colors or details, I will be happy to send more photos/videos or we arrange a video call and I show you the respective areas in more detail or in different lighting situations. Paintings are precious and unique products and are not sold 'upon approval'. Please make sure that you love your painting before you purchase it.  I cannot accept a return if it doesn't match or you change your mind. However, if there is an error on my side - e.g. I provided incorrect sizing information - I of course will accept a return. I’m sure you will love, love, love your painting as all my other clients, who are fascinated once they see their unique artwork live.

FRAMING

​

Usually I offer my paintings without frames because the "right" frame depends on the surrounding environment of the artwork and the desired impact in the room. For smaller formats, I sometimes offer them with frames. You can find information on whether a painting comes with or without a framing in the product details  in the shop.

For paintings available at a gallery please get in touch with the very friendly owners if you have a question regarding framing.
